Qualifications & Skills

Capable of producing cinematography

Portfolio of at least 8 different projects including 2 weddings

Positive attitude

Minimum 2 years editing experience

Excellent communication skills

Professional grade editing equipment

Strong editing skills

Final Cut Pro / Adobe Premier proficiency (include access to software)

Mac proficiency a plus

Job Description

Work with Aiya photography to expand videography business. Edit a variety of photography projects including weddings, engagement shoots, modeling shoots, family commercial and product shoots. Follow Aiya Photography’s' policies and procedures. Assist in marketing campaigns and initiatives. Maintain minimum acceptable standards. Understand what it takes to create exceptional videography and how Aiya Photography is different. Complete projects including editing within deadlines.

Requirements

High speed internet

18 years or older

Must be legally permitted to work in the US

Background and reference check required.

Project expectations

Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film

Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

Create rough and final cuts

Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of all productions

Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

In General, produce a trailer, 15-minute highlights video, and final video  

 

Compensation 

1099 position. $100-$500 per project
